Is there a tool which keeps track of all the different offers of this type, eg if you are going into eg Morrisons, B and M. Wh Smith, Screwfix etc you can plug it into a search engine and get something that says a card to use to get cashback at that moment in time?

Phoned this morning ..... the option (online) should be under the Regular Saver Account + "Account Options" ..... but it's not there. CS checked and agreed that it's not there and said sorry, it will be fixed, but in the meanwhile it will mature into an Easy Access account!  Just delays things a bit, so not ideal.

Offers are personalised.  Some may have this offer, I dont currently but have previously had and used it.

Note, Morrisons sell John Lewis Gift Cards, which you can use to shop in Waitrose.  The cash back offers will often say "does not apply to gift cards" in the T&Cs, but they have no way of knowing what you bought, and I've always had the cashback.

This regular saver hasn't been Gatehouse's finest hour. After the 13th payment debacle to then find that we are directed to non-existent Maturity Options suggests a lack of care. Now whether this is Gatehouse's problem, or Newcastle Building Society's remains to be seen, but it's not the first time that I've experienced issues with the outsourced service at Wallsend...

My Cov BS loyalty RS matures on Thursday. 

There’s no way I can see of giving maturity instructions on the online portal, they’re not accepting them by private message, and I can’t find my grid card to phone up… 

If I let the account convert into an easy access saver (presumably overnight Thurs-Fri) will I get the money in to my nominated account on Friday if I make the withdrawal before business opens?

I checked the Gatehouse maturity options for this morning - no Regular Saver available.  When not logged-in, the Regular Saver option under Savings says this:

"We're sorry, our Regular Saver Account is currently under review. Why not view our Fixed Term, Easy Access, Cash ISA or Notice Accounts."
