Hooray, COOP RS now visible online/ in app. Funded mine.
Mine's visible. But how do you fund it? There's no option to move money between accounts in the app, and it won't let me set it up as a payee as the 'details don't match'
I transferred £250 in the app, from the current acct.
No option in my app!  Had to do it via the website
Are you on Android, because it is available within the iphone app?
The option shows in the Android app as well.

Use the Pay and transfer tab
    Select the current account
Choose 'Transfer to one of your accounts '
Doesn't show in my Android app
Shows up ok in my Android app, now I've moved my first payment manually can I now set up a standing order for the 1st of March?
That’s what I have done. My SO comes from an external current account and I have set up 12 payments, starting on March 1. If they reject the 12th SO payment, so be it.

They shouldn't reject 13th payment - it is "up to £250 per calendar month".  There's no maximum balance shown in t&c.

Did you put in from your Co-op current account or from another account with another bank?

I did it from Ulster Loyalty Saver.  There's no requirement to feed it from Co-op current account.

I can see the RS account in the Co-op Bank app. But when I try to transfer, it doesn't show up in the list of my accounts. Hope it sorts itself out. Will check again tomorrow. My kids have that Bonus account too - they used to get £2 a year bonus for holding £50 in the account and then it jumped up to £10 a year.

Edited to add the name of the bank.

Not top regular savers by any strech of the imagination but may be of interest to those who have them sat with minimum balances:
Darlington BS Regular Monthly Saver will reduce from 4.6% to 4.2% from 4/3/24. Source: Letter
Green RS and Special Occasion Saver (both NLA) will also reduce from 4.6% to 4.2% on 4/3/24
I have the Special Occasions (balance over £100) and haven't received any letter (or email) yet.
They must be staggering the letters, I had one letter for the Regular Monthly one day, and then a few days later I got them for the Special Occasions.
11 days since @Bridlington1 posted this I'm still waiting for something from DBS. Maybe they're keeping my rate at a special former carpetbagger rate

I haven't had the letters either, but wondered if this was because the balances are less than £100

Just received an email from The Co-operative Bank advising that the new Regular Saver has been added to the accounts qualifying for the £50 savings bonus available as part of their Switch and Save offer.

It says that if you have more than one qualifying accounts, they will pay the £50 bonus into the last one to be funded. Presumably if you have funded the RS with the calendar monthly maximum of £250 at the point in time when the bonus is paid, the RS will not reject the bonus? It doesn't say so in the email.
