I'm not too bad when we go AI but when we go in the motorhome to France I can't resist the bread!  Half of baguette is 15 syns and I easily eat that and that's before the wine gets opened, LOL!  That's why I have a problem.

Food is usually OK we because we eat in the van most of the time only eating out once a week or so.  One off plan meal isn't a problem - it's the rest of the time!

Sorry to be so late posting but have been reading. Well done losers. (I really miss the clapping smiley).
Today has been much better than I thought. More choices on the menu so I had a bacon and avocado salad. I know there are syns but I enjoyed the avocado and a bit of dressing instead of bread I don't want.
    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- bacon and avocado salad
D- fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
Syns - whatever at lunchtime and weekend wine 😁

The lunchtime salad sounds lovely.  I sometimes have avocado when I eat out but usually as a starter with prawns but without the sauce as not keen on Marie rose sauce - I find it a bit sweet!

I'm leaving the wine alone tonight as we had a bottle between us last night.  Having a couple of rum & diet ginger beer instead so will be ending on 9 syns today which will bring be back within syns so far this week.  Definitely want a loss this week to ensure I'm in target before my holiday!

Need to go out this morning and see if I can find some new trousers as just realised I haven't got enough for my holiday!  Even though I do washing when I'm away for a month I still need to have enough for a couple of weeks!

    Today's plan:

    B - Fry up with butchers sausages - Egg P; sausages 2; beans F; tomatoes, mushrooms S
    L - bacon & mushroom sandwich - Bread HEB; spread 1; bacon P; mushrooms S
    D - Sweet and sour chicken & rice - chicken P; HM S&S sauce F & S; rice F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; spread 1; couple G&T or rum & diet ginger beer?

Annoying when you've had a good week to get STS but at least it wasn't a gain!  That's even more frustrating.

Couldn't get any trousers this morning.  Found one pair I liked but was just too baggy round the seat and tops of legs.  Looked good from the front but not the back view!  Will have to go to a bigger town sometime next week, probably Monday as I'm meeting a friend on Tuesday for lunch, Wednesday DH and I are going out and Thursday is WI day and I need to go this week as it's my last chance before my holiday.
