    Morning all
This has just been posted on our SW page

    Hey everyone😀
Just a message from myself to let you all know of some new measures I am putting in place for you all in groups, starting from Monday.

My top priority is to support you all to eat well, stay healthy & lose weight. Now I have another priority, which is to try to protect you all from the Coronavirus germs. For now, we are following government guidelines and groups will still be open.
I know you all want to keep committed to come along to groups & stay for support and, this is absolutely still welcomed.

If you are feeling unwell, Coronavirus or not, or have been told to not go out or if you have any cough like symptoms or temperature, then please don’t feel under pressure to come and get weighed. Get yourself better, you won’t be penalized for keeping us and yourself safe.

Apart from the NHS guide, which is advised to washing your hands regularly, resist from touching your face, using tissues to cough & sneeze into then dispose of. I have made some measure for you all to please follow in groups.

** I will open the scales as soon as I am set up and they will remain open so that you can come in & weigh. Ideally, we need a staggered pay/weigh system, we will find a way to do this! **

    * wash your hands as soon as you come into the hall & wash them again before leaving, so your protecting yourself after you have left & before you enter the hall.

    * resist touching your face whilst in the queue, especially with your SW card, money & bank cards. (you wouldn't believe how many times we all put those things in our mouths or near to, when waiting in the queue, without even realising we're doing it)
*put your own SW card in tablet at pay/weigh - social team will show you where.

*write your own result in your book - so bring a pen too.

    * use tissues to cough & sneeze into then dispose of them

    * use card contact - less if possible, at pay.

    * For now, I am suspending the SOW basket, you will still get a certificate & shiney.

    * Raffle – I will ask you all to get your own tickets and fold them up (will have this on interest table)

This all above is to protect each other, but more importantly yourself

I am doing my utmost to protect you all & myself during group, which will then help protect your family's & loved ones when you're back home. I'm sure you all understand why I'm asking for all of my measures to be followed.

    Thanks everyone xx

Please message/text me privately if you wish to speak to me about anything more😀
Will update If government policy changes xxx

We had a very similar message too bubbs.
I am resigned to most likely not using all
of my countdown & that’s ok. I am not going to worry about it. I am more concerned about the SW consultant being SE & seeing a huge drop in income. 🙃

Our consultant said no one will lose out so im guessing that's people with countdowns , i know it's not cheap to lose weeks of money but Beanie you have underlying conditions so protect yourself x

Thanks for posting that bubbs. I'm surprised there's nothing on the SW website. I'm going to have to go to WI in the next couple of weeks or I'll lose access to the website/syns online. I wonder if they'll extend that? The worst that can happen is that I can rejoin when it's all settled down. Things are changing daily though. One of the groups I go to has lots of elderly women in it and they could well be isolated. Who knows?
I'm sure that staying on plan and eating healthily is helpful to our immune systems so I'm going to plod on.  We're hoping to get out for a walk too as I think fresh air and exercise is good for us.

Are you noticing France 'shutting down' denise?  I' sure they won't close the boulangerie! :

I've portioned up the veggie chilli for the freezer this morning and kept a portion out for my lunch. I did well with YS veg in Sainsbury's on Friday so I have some leeks to slice and freeze later.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, half banana (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
    L= JP (F) with chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- JO roast pork (P) SW roast potatoes and parsnip (F), cabbage, kale, cauli, broccoli, swede & carrot
Syns- HM gravy 4? weekend wine : S:smiley:
