So many of the decisions being made seem illogical tete.  Obviously it would be irresponsible to mix with others if you have symptoms but we're also told that it's infectious before symptoms appear so where does that leave crowded workplaces?  Hopefully with the promised daily updates and the demands for transparency it will become easier to understand.

What I am convinced about is that following the SW Healthy Eating plan has to be a good thing. We all know that we're less likely to catch anything if you're strong and healthy.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), ham, scrambled egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- cold pork (P), fried potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), tomatoes, mushrooms, tender stem broccoli and mange tout (S)
    Syns- HP sauce 1

MoVing closer to Calais today.  We're now in Picardy.  We're moving on tomorrow so that we'll be about 90 minutes from Calais which will be a reasonable run up to the tunnel on Thursday morning.  We'll be staying there 2 nights so DH is fully rested before the trip home.

The SM, bakers, butchers etc are the only places still open.  It feels really weird, everywhere is just so quiet.  Really can't enjoy our holiday now.

More pork chops for dinner tonight, with potatoes, cauliflower and probably mixed veg.

Thanks Maman.  Still got plenty from last time we came over so not bought any this time :).  Have taken everyone's advice and bought loo rolls, rice and pasta   Also bought a couple of kilos of dried chickpeas - I use them for loads of recipes.

Not much coronavirus news from SW.  A lot of people were asking questions on the consultants page but it just went round in circles. I wonder with today’s news about avoiding any social gatherings whether people who don’t want to attend group for health reasons can be refunded for countdown weeks they have paid in advance.
