Later than usual today.  We've made the decision to cut our holiday short and have spent half the day travelling!  We're now in the Champagne region - no we haven't visited any caves for tastings (can't stand champagne or any fizzy wine).  I've changed our Eurotunnel booking to Thursday lunchtime so we're still going to have a fair bit of travelling each day to make it, which for us isn't good.  We don't usually go more than about an hour a day, if we move at al  So l will be back on plan from Friday.  Everything apart from essential businesses are closing down now so decided we might as well be at home

Will be doing some shopping tomorrow so that we have a start when we get home without having the bother of having to queue in the SMs.  So far I've got loo rolls, rice and pasta which my DDs have told me have run out in every local SM.

Well done Sleazy on being SOTW.

Thanks for posting the message from your consultant bubbs. There's been nothing from my consultant as yet but doesn't really make a difference to me as I still won't be going back to group for at least a couple of weeks!  Not even sure if I'll go back then though as I'm in the At Risk group - late 60s and have COPD.  Will decide nearer the time depending on how things pan out and what the latest advice is.

Think I'd better go now as this is getting to be a very long post!

Hello all, well done Sleazy SOTW! Thanks Chieveley for the chart :)

Denise I think you've made the right decision there, especially if all the boulangeries are going to be closed anyway  Safe travels!

It was surreal reading the news this morning, seeing the Vegas casinos all closed, Venice deserted, country after country closing their borders... meanwhile I was getting dressed to come into a workplace alongside literally thousands of people...  :#

Anyway, I need to give my head a shake and because I've eaten a lot over the weekend, partly as a response to anxiety about the whole thing. If I'm going to be wfh (fingers crossed) then I need to be stronger than that! Today:

    B - Banana and Muller Light (0.5)
D - Veg soup (potatoes, carrots, leeks, onions, and I stuck a bag of "broccoli couscous" in as well as it was going out of date), WM bread (no spread)
T - Baked potatoes and mushrooms, maybe a bit of cheese as well
    HEA - Milk, cheese
    HEB - WM bread
    Syns - Sugar (4), yogurt (0.5), hot choc (2) = 6.5

Virtual hugs to all, hope everyone's OK and keeping safe. It really is starting to feel very real now isn't it?
