    has anybody heard if any SW groups are not opening?  Several GP practices in our area are giving phone only appointments now and the SW group I attend is far, far bigger than the number of people in the GP waiting room.

    Tenth Anniversary 500 Posts Name Dropper
    I weighed in this morning with an amazing -1.5LBS. I’m now comfortably in range and intend to stay there until my holiday in July. Our group was very quiet today. I think the leader might have struggled to pay the rent on the hall as almost everyone there was either a target member or was on a prepaid countdown. Only saw two people pay and I was one of the first to get weighed. Only 4 stayed for “the talk” or image therapy. Mostly the conversation was about corona virus 🙄 but no mention of closing group down.
    having homemade vege burgers and SW chips tonight with a tomato and mozzarella side salad.

    I have bought a countdown.
    At the end of the day though my health & well being are more important.

    Thanks for good wishes. I'm feeling much brighter today. 😊
    I did my food shop and it was manic in the supermarkets. I bought more than usual as I'd really run down the fridge as we'd expected to be away. Shelves were completely empty of pasta and rice and low of many other things. Plenty in the wine aisle though. 🍷😉
