Hiya All
Warm here as well and the pollen count is up already so it looks like being a day for itchy eyes and sun cream.
Dad had to drag me out for our walk, Heidi and Leo were frolicking along the top of the fence at the back and I had a ringside seat on the coffee table.
2 Bin day this week so hopefully I will get to bark at both lorries, Dad has just been leaving me out front to do this as he was getting fed up of me crying at the door inside.

You'd love it here, duncan - we have a 3-bin day every fortnight
Plus the wagons collect from one side of the road and then the other, so we get 6 passes of bin wagons that day!

It is so boring when Dad is doing some work, he never needs my help and with all the noise that he makes, I don't really want to get too close anyway.
He has been preparing the front drying area to get some more stone chips laid and you'd think he was digging a swimming pool with all the noise, still I have been rushing in to give him kisses when he stops for a breather, not sure if it helps but I enjoy it.
Coming up for our ten o'clock walk, I hope he has not forgotten

If he has forgotten i am sure your remind him Duncan. Very hot here already, hope you have a good visit later with DD1 and GS leanfun.I bet he misses coming to you as well. I am off to hospital this morning DS has an appointment with ENT after a phone call last week he wants to see him. Then doing some work in the garden, hope you all have a good day
Stay safe.2 -
We had our 10 o'clock walk then another one just after noon then Dad went to get the stone chips and he never got enough
silly burger, just means that he will need to go back again.
Now waiting for my dinner, it's in my dish getting soaked and the smell is wafting out teasing me wherever I go to lie down.

Good Morning all
Cooler start today with a bit of a north wind but pleasant enough, not sure what the plan for today is so just have to see what Dad comes up with.

Morning everyone, DS has a blood test this morning then off to pick up meds. Was going to cut the grass but it's hot here already so it will have to wait till it cools a little. I have been up since silly o'clock but don't think neighbours would appreciate me cutting grass that early.Hope you all have a good day

Good to enjoy the sunshine at the right time of year for a change
The temp does not get as high way up here in the frozen wilds of Fife and Dad does watch out for my feet, he seems to always find grass for me to walk on alongside the footpaths or some shade on wooded footpaths, of course he has to watch out for himself in this weather, lashings of sun cream and a wide brimmed panama hat to protect his solar panel. We do tend to go shorter walk in the sunshine than we do in the rain with the added bonus that there is no one else out there in the rain.
Visitors can be very tiring, especially if you don't get them often, last time we had anyone inside the house was about a year ago when dad could not take me out and auntie Ruby from next door was walking me 4 times a day.
The stone chip have arrived and Dad is just waiting till later in the day to lay them, I am in his way anyway, I am munching down on a ham bone and there is no way that I am moving for anyone

Good Morning All
Change in the weather again with a mist hanging about and a gentle, cool, east wind.
We had a nice walk in the woods at 6:30 and saw a couple of deer but then an alarm call from a squirrel up a tree sent the deer running and that was my cue to start barking.
We must have been first along that path as I was covered in cobwebs by the time we emerged at the other end and the way Dad was rubbing his face all the time, it must have been the same for him.
Dad has an errand to do with the car at lunchtime so I will be left on guard for about an hour, otherwise I have no plans, just waiting for the promised thunderstorms and making sure that my hiding place is clear of stuff.
Have a safe day
