Well it was a nice round trip to Aldi, Dad did not get what he went for but did get some chew bones for me
The UV levels are rising rapidly so he got sun cream for his head and neck, factor 50 'cause of his fair skin, I never use the stuff and can lie out in the sun for hours, but that doesn't stop me pestering him to take me out at least once an hour.

We are just getting back to about normal for number of walks, we were down to 4 a day during the lockdown period so that Dad was at least seen to be not going out as much but with the better weather and pressure from me we are back up to about 7 or 8 times a day.
This week is the first time that Dad has walked over 60 miles in a week for about 4 months so he is a bit chuffed this evening to say the least.

I'm lucky if I manage 10 miles a week - and that was before the back problems that I've had lately

Good Morning from a warm and wet Fife.
Dad went out with no actual clothes on this morning, just his waterproof jacket and trousers  
We went down to one of the big rabbit warrens in the area but the rain was so heavy, the rabbits were all under cover so I had to settle for chasing a couple of stray bin lorries much to Dad's discomfort  
The good thing about the rain is that it keeps the amateurs inside and we get the footpaths to ourselves.
No shopping today so I get to take Dad anywhere I like, I just need to get him off his bum and on the move

He did, that was why he did not wear any clothes.
His waterproofs are really good but on warm days they make him sweat something rotten so that's why he doesn't wear his clothes under them.
Rain has stopped here for now, I wonder if I can get out for a quick one.

Talking of keeping fit or otherwise .... I have never, ever, been so heavy as now!
First it felt too hot for walking, then too cold, and lately my back ....
But this morning I have dragged myself out for an hour or so with walking stick.
Duncan, does your dad hire you out occasionally?
