Thanks fire**fly.
Good morning all
A bit damp underfoot but that should soon dry out as the temp is rising quickly.
No plans for today except trying to get Dad to take me out walking as much as possible, he did mumble about needing something from the shop so I need to get him to take me and not the car.

Morning, welcome duncanthedog. I am sure your go out for a walk later. It's raining here and my 4 legged friend won't go out in the rain. He don't like water at all other than the kind he drinks.Well done to your dad for winning the polar bear.
I was working yesterday and have today off, then working 3 days straight. Not happy there at the moment as they are taking new residents from next week. They will be having tests before they come in but they won't have been seen and assessed, only assessed over the phone . But as we were told yesterday it's a business and we have empty rooms. (luckily not due to the virus)
anyway hope you all have a good weekend
Stay safe..3 -
Well it was a nice round trip to Aldi, Dad did not get what he went for but did get some chew bones for me
The UV levels are rising rapidly so he got sun cream for his head and neck, factor 50 'cause of his fair skin, I never use the stuff and can lie out in the sun for hours, but that doesn't stop me pestering him to take me out at least once an hour.

Are any more waifs and strays allowed? 🙏🏻
It's cold and lonely out in the abandoned wilderness. ☹️
My most recent claim to comping fame was when I was put into a draw after doing a survey several months ago, and won a top of the range Magimix food processor plus Spiraliser kit worth £500. (It's still in its box! I tried selling it locally but drew a blank).

Good evening all
I used to be a 'member' for many years but asked to be deleted earlier this year as I was fed up with all the shenanigans that were going on ...... Anyway, I've decided to return for another go and wondered if you have room for a Bisto Kid as the pub I used to go in has closed for the duration of 'The Covid' ? (How I'm starting to hate that term)!
If anybody wants to know what my name was previously, send me a PM with your best guess and if you're correct I'll tell you on the proviso that you keep it to yourself (that's what you'll 'win'), but if you don't guess correctly, please don't ask again. There's no entry fee and the expiry date is July 4th 2020.
Competitions wise - some trying, but not much success I'm afraid. Maybe I'll pick up some tips here.

i never hardly ever go out in the sun & suppose your dad has to be careful cause of it,
lol, good idea making him take you for a walk reg
This week is the first time that Dad has walked over 60 miles in a week for about 4 months so he is a bit chuffed this evening to say the least.
