Yes. Even without the huge problem of it being illegible on my laptop, I can't stand the new colour scheme and the huge stripe of dazzling white down the right hand side. I don't like that you don't know if you've thanked someone or not. And it's achingly, ridiculously slow.8

Well, first proper food shop here for a while tomorrow, so hoping to regale you with tales of YS fortune and adventures in ramen, and as our American cousins might say, I'm 'stoked' that Masterchef is back next week. In the meantime keep your bouillon dry..
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?6 -
I didn't know Jackie O had gone. Was that because of the new look forum. What a shameMagnolia Stellata6

It took 5 emails to MSE to get my password reset. My email address was correct but every time I used the password reset for first log on after change the email never arrived. Eventually successful following a manual reset by MSE staff. If others have had the same issue they may have just given up trying or there are a large number of users waiting for a manual password reset.

My biggest issues with the new forum are a) the inability to get digest emails and b) having to consciously subscribe a thread even if you’ve posted to it. I just couldn’t handle the volume of individual emails, so had to switch them off, but now it means that I don’t keep up with most of the threads I’ve been following.

Things change, I'm not happy with certain things on the new look forum but as long as I can read I will be ok. Things change not always for the better, but in time they become the norm.
It is a real shame others have decided to leave, their contributions will be missed but we all have to make our own decisions as to what we want to do.7 -
I don't post much, but read regularly. When I was trying to read on IE everything was overtyped and illegible. I have started to come in on Chrome, which is working perfectly. Maybe others have the same problem.6

For me it meant finding a "real" computer as I couldn't sign up with my kindle fire. Loads of emails and I couldn't get back in. I realy missed not being able to reply to a comment.6

I ended up changing my username etc. Had just changed email provider so it's all been a bit of a hassle.2
