    Have you previously received the RBS switch bonus? Either way, perhaps you could phone them and enquire.

    Same - got the text saying I should receive the bonus on 13/5 but have not got it yet.

    same here, however mine was transferred on 24 March, hopefully i will received it by the 5 June deadline.
