How would you assess my very first buy and negotiation skills

Just a reminder - you asked: "How would you assess my very first buy and negotiation skills"g000444555 said:I’m honestly baffled as to which part of your negotiation it is you are particularly proud.Where did you read anything about any negotiation strategy other than me mentioning being honest with the EA?
Given the thread title and repeated defensive/evasive responses - there's growing reason to conclude nothing pertinent was omitted from the first post and, in fact, you were played by the EA like a fiddle... which, btw, is nothing to be ashamed about; they are professional manipulators whose livelihood rests on their ability to secure the highest possible price for the property they're selling.
Of course - you could always lay all doubts to rest by posting an overview of the negotiation in question... I think the colloquial phrasing is 'put up or shut up'
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

I do wish your posts made more sense OP. It’s like trying to see what you are saying through a big bramble bush of big, badly used words. You asked what we thought of your negotiation skills. You were told, didn’t like the answer and came up with the statement about you seeing things 90% of us wouldn’t, therefore making paying over the odds not only worth it but prudent. I’m just not sure what you were after, originally or now, from us.You’re obviously pleased with it and that’s all that matters, none of us think about this at night. Just hope it’s valued correctly and the sale goes through and go off to live happily ever after.0
