Oh yes the thrill of putting at least three in your mouth at once and sucking through part of the crunchy shell trying not to sink ones teeth into the silky middle before letting the choc melt into your tongue. You can keep your dirty books I have my chocolate to lust after 💖

Are they any good? I bought some but not started them yet.

  • I've been on them for ages. Can't say if they make a difference but I think they must help somehow.
Without going into gory details women of a certain age will know what we mean when we say it's not the best time of life!

I'm contemplating HRT but as there's a history of ovarian cancer in my family there "could" be higher risks but there's not so much research as there is for breast cancer. The Docs have sent me a load of research material, just need to read it.  My memory is shocking! I forgot I had a week booked off work in the summer! 🤦‍♀️🤣

  • Brain fog is killing me! As are the HF sleepless nights emotional rollercoaster and other things not to be mentioned on a public forum!
Snap with the worry about HRT too much stomach and oarian cancer on one side of my family and womb on the other along with me having abnormal C cells a couple of times means I haven't even approached the docs about it

I’m steering clear of HRT too, hoping to come out the other side without it, but luckily nothing too unbearable apart from getting fat, hot and finding myself waking up and reading at 2am because sleep is for younger people 🙄
I love to peel mini eggs! I also like to eat everything in their separate elements if possible, I’m in pig heaven scraping chocolate off a biscuit 😋

  • Oh yes like biting all the choc off a KitKat before devouring the wafer one finger at a time.
I don't know about me surviving to the other side without HRT I'm more concerned about Mr M_F surviving me!
