Not wanting to sound smug (ok I am I admit it) but tonight's dinner is lentil lassange from the freezer. Made last week and last night's was fish pie also made last week 😌 tomorrow is jackets and salad. Thursday tartiflete (see frugal queen in France you tube) or Mac cheese and left over pigs in blankets and Fri should be a missmash of using up scampi for me and use up chicken burger with katsu sauce for Mr M_F if I can be bothered to make the sauce that is.Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Brr it's a cold one today. Mr M_F is going a grand job of scrapping the car while I sit in it hoping it warms up soon 🥶
I Tilly tidied a bit prematurely yesterday as transactions took later than usual to clear. I should have swept away another £0.15 but never mind it can go with today's tidy later on.
Mse use up continues with the last of the Wensleydale and cranberry being taken on a bagel for lunch and much posh biscuits being scoffed last night. I have identified some crackers to investigate tonight to see about using them for tomorrow's lunch. Brie shall be made into a sort of tartiflette for tomorrow dinner. Never had it but sounds nice.
Why is it posh biscuits aways get used up by Mr M_F but I have to use all the not so nice stuff as he would just bin it 🤨 He is in training and has recently agreed (read nagged in to) to using one crust a week as we often get through two loaves weekly but I end up with 4 crusts 😠Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

As for the crusts I can't out them out for the birds as our big bird in the shape of a dog would snaffle them as soon as tweedle dum and tweedle Dee (our two regularly pigeons) sat on the bird feeder and knocked out the contents. They do this regularly as haven't relised they are too fat to land on the feeder and I haven't the heart to tell them 🤫Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

One of them has returned to his home. His partner is the same age as me but seriously overreacts to the smallest of things. This started because he liked a post on FB. 🤦♀️ He blames it on her being Maltese, crock of sh.. I'm sure you can tell she's my favourite person! lolCredit Cards NOV 2019 £33,220.42 Sept 2023 £19,951.00 Tilly Tidy 20223/COLOR] Sept £43.71 Here's my diary: A Ditherer's Diary Again0
