Planning permision is mostly a yawn. Advertising consent is a criminal offence. I am assuming you checked for one and not the other.
  • The council replied back to me that there was no planning for either and wanted me to send them pictures, which I have now sent and they will get back to me when they have investigated it further.

It's a blind alley; stop focussing so much on that.  It will go nowhere.

  • will do...thanks

  • I will stop focussing on the  planning and advertising consent and leave it to the council enforcement team to investigate.
I did have an email back today stating "Further to your email from yesterday. The ANPR Cameras require planning permission and I can find no record of this. The signage would require advertisement consent and I can't find any record of this either.

I will forward your query to our planning enforcement team."
  • Checked MCOL tonight and defence has been received...
  • Had a load of paperwork today from BwLegal, usual rubbish about internet defence, plus an offer to pay £180...
Plus Notice of Proposed Allocation came for the court today too.
I sent an email to Bw Legal, which I have not had a reply yet, so will hold off until the deadline I gave them of the 27th March.
Is there anything I should look for in their paperwork to include in my WS?
