Yes, the only pointer is - get it filed today. Youre out of time for advice. There is a newer defence being developed, to replace the 16 on the newbies thread.
Just tell the council about ANPR and leave them to do it. most courts dont seem to care about illegal signs.

You have known your Defence filing deadline since 7 February at 5:52PM.
Do not file your Defence online.
Instead follow the guidance given to you on 7 February at 5:52PM and email it to the CCBC.
You are not going to get any detailed help with your Defence with just four hours to go.

Yes, but did you put the CORRECT figure in
for example we have seen people putting the WHOLE claim amount in for the abuse of process, when its jus thte ADDED amount - £60, £82, whatever - that is included here.2 -

Also is there anything else I need to report NCP for, as they don`t have planning permission for the ANPR or signs, I have sent the council the pics and they are now investigating, I went to the same car park the other day and they have changed the signs and added even bigger advertising boards. I have the evidence pack from POPLA that shows the signs on the date of the ticket and I can see the changes they have done, which have been reported. I will also include these in the WS, I Know should have put in the Defence0
