The form I am talking about is money claim online. When I login using the claim no and password that I got on the form, I want to know what do I need to fill in, what checkbox I need to tick and not to tick...etc.

Okay, what I am asking you is where can i find the file for Defence the one I can use it to print it, sign it, date it, scan it and send it on email?

That's correct. Well done. Is there a question there?

No not really, I just need to know what to do as I know what to do now. There are other questions that I am stuck at so I have asking you the questions before I will be ready to start doing it after Wednesday. ;)

Oh, I understand what you wrote, but it appears you haven't even read what I wrote.

I'll address all of your questions:

What form are you talking about?
Why not follow the guidance I offered for completing the AoS?
    Here it is again:

But remember, do not file an AoS before Wednesday.

I do admit to be struggling a bit with this question.
If you are asking do you file your Defence at the same time as filing an AoS, then the answer is no.
Please re read the first list in my earlier post which fully explains how you could file your Defence.

That's correct. Well done. Is there a question there?

There is one sticky thread for NEWBIES to 'please read first' about court stage, and you just need to to Control & F on your keyboard for the word 'acknowledgement' when the NEWBIES thread is in front of you (and we won't link it - see my signature - just 2 clicks are needed).

You can always search the NEWBIES thread for a word or short phrase, like you can any page, and the screen will take you to the advice about AOS, which gives you a link re how to do it on MCOL, in pictures.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

I need some help with fill on the form on MCOL.
I have done most of all as I have clicked on AOS, enter my name, date of birth, I have ticked defend all and leave  jurisdiction unticked but I am bit at stuck. At the end of the page, do I need to tick "I am the Defendant", and tick "I confirm I have read the Acknowledgment of Service guidance"?

And also do I need to put signed as my name with surname or do i need to leave it as empty?

You can read the guide (follow the link to a Dropbox) in the NEWBIE sticky to see how to submit the AoS.  Also I believe there is a guide if you ask Auntie Google.
  • Thank you for your help.
I have already done the AOS service so I haven't send the court an email with file a defence.
Do I need to send the court an email or i dont do it yet until when the claimant response?

You will get nothing further reminding you or asking you for your Defence.
You need to file you Defence in the manner described in the first reply you received on this thread.

Do not miss your Defence filing date.

Please re-read it. It is perfectly clear.
