Please just read what you are being told and read your own WS.

YOU ALREADY HAVE PARAGRAPHS THAT MENTION  WHY YOU ARE ATTACHING BULL AND SMITH.

YOU HAVE NO PARAGRAPH EXPLAINING WHY YOU ARE ATTACHING BURZYNSKI.

    I've said this already.

And also do I need to explains to them at the hearing why I have appended Adam B's case?
Yes, but also in your WS, of course!
Thanks, I need to start to make a paragraph to explain why I am attaching Burzynski.
I am not sure what to write so I need your help.
Please dont go mad with me because i am hard of hearing so I need a bit of help.

What do I need to provide evidence?
    Read again what I wrote...
Following that there is a long list of items you should consider supplying as evidence. Read it and react accordingly.

Like I mean a entrance of the car park where it didn't show the signage and a car park is private or something like that?
Yes, exactly that, and anything else that helps your case.

    You need to decide.

The more evidence you have that helps your case the better chance you stand of winning.

    Thank you.
And do I need to send the supplementary witness statement and my witness statement with the evidence to the parking company and the court as well?

    Chris - write something
    Just
    write something
This is your claim to defend. Not ours. You need to understand what you're submitting to the court. Its no good saying "I dont know, someone on the internet told me)
I dont understand why being hard of hearing means you need help writing something, but think about it logicaly - you already havea para talking about why Bull is included, so look at how that para is constructed, look at what this latest transcript has in it, and write something that explains in teh same manner as the para about Bull, why you are referring to this transcript.
As for "is this good enough" - the answer is always: incldue every single bit of evidence that helps you. Anything you can think of that assists gets included. Only you  can decide if yo uthin kyou have enough, because again this is your claim and you have to be happy with it.

Sorry I have forgot to post this regarding to my court case.

The court case was going ahead through telephone call, but the judge said the case cannot go ahead because of my hearing loss. The judge said it is more difficult for me to communicate with them on the phone, so they are not allowed for the case to go ahead.

If it were go ahead without have an interpreter, it will be against the law so I will not have a fair case. I will have to go to court face to face with the judge with an interpreter.

The case has been adjourned to a later date.
