Well you have asked me to appended the transcription of Adam Burzinski to my WS.
Do I need to remove the the transcription of Adam Burzinski from my WS?
And do I need to move the transcriptions of PCM v Bull, Excel v Smith and VCS v Burzynski to my main WS?
If so I will do that....

If you include a transcript of another case, you need to explain why you have included it, and explain why it is relevant. Just including something without context is meaningless.

Well I have been told that I need these transcript without i have to explain.
So now you are saying that I need to explain why I need to include them, I dont know how I could explains that in my main WS.

Yes.

To be clear... absolutely every thing that you append needs to be referred to and explained in your Witness Statement.
It is quite likely that everything else will be ignored.

Your will also be expected to answer any questions about your Witness Statement and evidence at any hearing.

It have already stated in my Witness Statement that I refer to Excel v Smith, Excel v Lamoureux and PCM v Bull but not for VCS v Burzynski so I need a help with this because I am not that good of writing a paragraph of my own.

Like I mean a entrance of the car park where it didn't show the signage and a car park is private or something like that?
