Coupon-mad said:I can't see anywhere that you;ve explained in your main WS why you appended the transcript of Adam Burzinski or what it means for your case which is also about a red card being placed on the vehicle.
Also the transcripts shou be appended to your main WS, not the supplementary one, because you only talk about PCM v Bull and Excel v Smith etc, in the main WS not in the supplementary one.
I expect you will win anyway if the driver was with the car because the PCN was predatory.
Do I need to remove the the transcription of Adam Burzinski from my WS?
And do I need to move the transcriptions of PCM v Bull, Excel v Smith and VCS v Burzynski to my main WS?
If so I will do that....0 -
If you include a transcript of another case, you need to explain why you have included it, and explain why it is relevant. Just including something without context is meaningless.I married my cousin. Coupon-mad said:You know this already, because your WS talks about why you appended PCM v Bull, and why you've appended Excel v Smith. So you obviously gave to write a similar point explaining why you are attaching Adam B's case and we are not going to write it for you because you are the one who needs to be able to point to it at the hearing and know why.
Sorry to ask you this but I need to make sure. And also do I need to explains to them at the hearing why I have appended Adam B's case?0 -
...so do I need to write a paragraph to explains why I've addpended PCM v Bull and Excel v Smith or it have already state in my main WS?Yes.
To be clear... absolutely every thing that you append needs to be referred to and explained in your Witness Statement.
It is quite likely that everything else will be ignored.
Your will also be expected to answer any questions about your Witness Statement and evidence at any hearing.2 -
@Coupon-mad Okay, I've updated my supplementary witness statement and my witness statement. I've attached for you to take a look.
Please let me know if i am good to go.
And also do I need to provide evidence?0 -

In the NEWBIES thread you will have read this:At witness statement stage (usually NOT LATER THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR HEARING!) don't forget to file the evidence you will rely upon, which should at least include:Following that there is a long list of items you should consider supplying as evidence. Read it and react accordingly.0 -

What do I need to provide evidence?
Like I mean a entrance of the car park where it didn't show the signage and a car park is private or something like that?0
