@KeithP I have got a question to ask you. There are two transcripts for excel vs Lamoureux. Do I need to include both of them or just one?

I can't see anywhere that you;ve explained in your main WS why you appended the transcript of Adam Burzinski or what it means for your case which is also about a red card being placed on the vehicle.

Also the transcripts shou be appended to your main WS, not the supplementary one, because you only talk about PCM v Bull and Excel v Smith etc, in the main WS not  in the supplementary one.  

I expect you will win anyway if the driver was with the car because the PCN was predatory.
