I have checked on MCOL and now they have received my defence:

Your defence was received on 02/03/2020

DQ sent to you on 02/03/2020

So they said the DQ sent to me - what does that mean?

It means the court have sent you a Directions Questionnaire. When it arrives, you fill it out and send it back.
The NEWBIES tells you how to fill it out, what to do with it when you have finished including where to send it.

Yesterday I have received a witness statement from the parking company.
So today they have to agree to pay by 4pm otherwise the case will get stuck out.
Do you know what I need to do? How I can find out if the case get stuck out?
And do I need to write my own witness statement?

You know you need to write a WS, from the NEWBIES thread about 'know what happens when' and the section there all about WS & evidence stage, plus the hearing date letter - assuming you have a date - told you about having to file & serve your WS & evidence (usually it says 'not later than 14 days before the hearing').

Oh right, I need alot of help with this as I have got a hard of hearing so I dont know what to write and what to say. What happens was I was just parked at the rear of the iceland waiting for my mum to come out of shopping. The parking warden took the pics behind my car and in front of me as welll. He didn't issue me the ticket when he took the pics.

I have got the hearing on the 13th August, so when I need to make WS before the 28th July, is that correct?

If that is the case, I need alot of help quickly as possible. I dont have alot of time to waste if I need to complete the WS before the 28th July.

You need to assume the Claimant will pay the fee. They usually do.

Ok, I prepared to start writing a witness statement draft quickly as possible.
Do I need to send the court my witness statement before 28th July?

Yes. Together with your evidence and Summary Costs Assessment - all explained in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Remember to send a copy of all that stuff to the Claimant too.

Is it a face to face hearing?  If it is a telephone hearing will that be suitable for you or not?
