You will probably find, if you check MCOL, that it is updated already. Did you have an auto acknowledge receipt for your e-mail? Keep a record of having sent it by keeping the message safe in your SENT folder.2

Clearly the CCBC won't be marking your claim history as "defence received" until they have received it.
As you sent your Defence by email on a Saturday, there is no chance that it will be marked as "received" before Monday.
Why didn't you read item 5 on that list I pointed you towards?
Here it is again. Please read it this time...5. No need to do anything on MCOL, but do check it after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not, chase the CCBC until it is.In particular, please note the words "check it after a few days". That means check you MCOL claim history after a few days. It does not mean check every ten minutes throughout a weekend when absolutely nothing will change.
Please don't bother reporting anything else unless nothing has changed by, say, Wednesday. And even then, check with the CCBC before reporting any irregularity here.

I have checked on MCOL and now they have received my defence:
Your defence was received on 02/03/2020
DQ sent to you on 02/03/2020
So they said the DQ sent to me - what does that mean?

Please read the NEWBIES thread, we cannot do this and your thread is already 11 pages long, which is too long for you to expect anyone to read (but don't start a new one).
Please just read the NEWBIES thread about what happens when (A CLEAR RED HEADING IN THE STICKY SECOND POST), there is a link to how to complete the DQ so please don't ask which boxes to tick when you get it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
