Fruitcake said:Hazy05 said:issue date of letter is dated 27th April. No i wouldnt post it as iv read in previous posts not safe to do so. Do i use the email they have given me with the password?. i have read the form about million times and it states if disagree with the claim to tick the box i intend to defend all of this claim. Yes iv read that, and going to use the Defence template. Should I include the fact they said i was going to pay in 28 days i never agreed to this. Thanks
I have already addressed that in my previous post. Forget it.
Thankyou very much this makes it more clearer of what and when to be done.KeithP said:Hazy05 said:issue date of letter is dated 27th April.
With a Claim Issue Date of 27th April, you have until Monday 17th May to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Do not file an AoS before 1st May, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 1st June 2021 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.2 -
I presume that this is HIGHVIEW ? Or c p plus ? Or similar
Dcb legal cannot add up and manage to inflate a claim from £100 to £300 plus , when it should be £200 or less , we see these cases daily on here , so just go with the flow and do what we say
If you haven't already done a SAR to the DPO at the PPC , do it asap , by email , attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law , data protection act4 -
Ok, Thanks very much.1

Which one please and how long ago was he parking event, and was the driver ever admitted?
Please read other threads about the same parking firm.
I'm really bored with this latest batch of claims, all the same, all given the same advice already about the POFA and the fact that the statement of truth is untrue - and yet no newbie is reading anyone else's thread (it seems). No newbie appears to be reading and learning from what;s been said already this week/last week about the exact same claims.
Please spend the weekend reading at least a DOZEN court claim threads about this company (BEFORE ASKING ANYTHING) and tell us which one it is.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes. Im reading everything i can find on here. And the examples of the defending letters. Iv started to put my defence together and going to take pictures of the area. Iv read the Newbies post about a dozen times and commented on here just so i could get it right. It will be 6 years in Aug this year i was issued with the fine. And its Highway.0

That's a great way to help order things in your mind. Nice, disciplined and methodical approach. There are so many who come here who either want it all laid out on a plate for them to save them doing much themselves, or just want to fly by the seat of their pants. Neither likely to work! 😊Hazy05 said:Yes thanks. Iv already started making notes what i need to include. When i have it ready to mail over them i will post on here to see if it sounds acceptable. Horrible people they are! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
