Hi. Just an update from my previous thread. So today marks the 30 days deadline, i emailed them over 2 weeks ago with response to the letter i recieved. I recieved an acknowledgment email back. I included in the email everything i was advised to do. The email stated due to covid things may take longer i wonder if i could have used this excuse if i not responded on time🤔0

To what 30 day deadline are you referring?
Do you mean 30 days from them receiving your SAR? If so, complain that they have failed to meet the ICO requirements and you will complain to the ICO if they do not supply the required information within one week from the date of "this" complaint.
If they fail to provide the data by then, make the complaint to the ICO.
If you are talking about a different 30 day deadline, then please explain what you mean.

Hi sorry. I did try and post in my previous thread but im nit sure if anyone could read it..... No i have not recieved the SAR as of yet rhis was what i requested when i emailed them nearly 3 weeks ago. I recieved a reply today which is exactly 30 days. So all i do now is sit and wait for the SAR to arrive?.!°Thanks0

In my email to them i gave them one calendar month to respond. They have responded within this time scale. My 30 days to respond back was today. Sorry im getting confused with it.0

I would wait a few days and then do it again but with 7 days for them to reply , reminding them of the initial SAR request

Is there any need for this kind of response. I have used my phone as i am working a 12 hour shift on a covid ward!! And i cannot just find a laptop on a busy ward to do this! If you cannot offer the advice needed without being rude then id rather you keep your opinions to yourself. Yes i do know the company but dont have to hand as i was at work. I think people should be kinder on here as you DO NOT know what the individual asking for help is going through. I came onto this site as it came up when i first enquired about the charge 4 years ago!0
