This one is just down the road from us in the next village. Very nice. Village has a fab nursery/garden centre too (though we have the advantage of a splendid pub

A "Useful loft space with skylight" that clearly has been used as a bedroom (possibly for a child, given the "Cars" pic)
One can only hope the family are moving to larger accommodation.
