Is the estate agent bloody blind?.  Plenty of storage space and well maintained, I don't think so, if there is plenty of storage space, why don't the bloody sellers use it?,

Wow, those pictures don't exactly scream storage space do they! Also I know it's just annoying agent speak but what on earth do they think is "sleek" or "stylish" about the completely and utterly ordinary worktops and bath??

This is rather lovely with a bit of 70s retro furniture. I particularly like the rocking chair in the bedroom. The proximity to the M1 and some sort of depot is not quite so lovely.

Not seeing a depot nearby that would be of any concern. Lovely little property (with a cellar too), and the M1 looks to be quite well screened by trees.
