I hadn't finished the whole thing, so hit edit on the current screen on my phone not knowing of the responses. Strangely reloading the page often fails to show responses as well perhaps that's a mobile phone webpage known issue?daivid said:
That must have been very upsetting, and if you followed this thread you would undoubtedly seen many posts cautioning against judgemental comments (there are still many of those). Lots of post on here are in good spirits; I see no harm in sharing cringy estate agency, clearly loved and looked after 'time-warp' properties, or conversions for sale with dysfunctional layouts. I do find it odd though that you chose to edit in the part in bold after posters had replied to you, rather than include it in your reply to them.MultiFuelBurner said:
I believe it is now mainly a "take the pee out of people's houses and listings thread".spo2 said:Not sure what's going on here, whether this is a a conversion from something else or not

It's nice enough inside but no kerb appeal
Not sure how this gets by forum rules but hey ho dive in.
One person's bit of fun is of course very hurtful to the one being the object of the so called "fun"
We found an old friends property on here, the comments were disgusting for someone that had lost their husband to cancer and were disabled themselves. The comments were made with malice (sorry for fun and thanks) and without knowing the situation behind the sale and why the property was in the condition it was listed in.
Hunt the cat/dog/other animal is all good fun, plenty of our houses have had pets getting in the pictures despite our best efforts.
If it makes just a few think......should I be this cruel then that's a win tbh.2 -

Pretty much all British houses have something wrong with them, it's just the way we build them here.
One person's nit pick is another person's deal breaker.
Something one person likes is terrible to someone else.
Also who doesn't like spotting cats?1 -

Don't think I've ever seen a more tasteless bathroom. Toilet right next to the shower/bath. Owner seems to be using it as a storage room.9 -

Maybe the owner's bowel habits means they need plenty of fascinating reading material close to hand?3
