Easily remedied in this property though - turn the loo into a walk in pantry and build a nice utility area and a cloakroom at the rear of that waste of space garage.0 -

A garage is only a waste of space if one chooses to waste the space it provides. If it's empty, buy a car!
And why is there a vast if intriguingly modernist telephone kiosk in the bathroom?1 -

I've seen some garages that are only 2.25m wide however which is pretty useless, mostly in older houses but some new builds as well. Anything narrower than 2.5m is really an uninsulated storage room rather than a garage.1 -

Finally had to throw in the towel when we bought our T Cross (Polo chassis, but bigger body). Garage is now a workshop/man cave.1 -

A much better option would be a canopy out front to park under. Much easier to make it nice and wide, and can be used for other things if the owners don't have a car. Unfortunately in the UK they are often not allowed.0 -

Quick bidet before a cycle, or is it a quick bidet after a cycle?
I'm not familiar with the etiquette.
