Yep, what was the developer's logic? They'll have to take down the railings, dig up the garden and lay a drive before they can sell it. Strange thing to do. It has given us a laugh though. thanks @[Deleted User].2 -
I think it is very likely part of a complex of them. It is not at all unusual to have a fenced off compound so you can move from one house to another but only having first passed through the sales office. It would be amusing if it was true though, right enough, but how can we know without the link to the actual property.0
