Also why the 1970s council house front door?0 -
Pretty sure that sockets within 300mm horizontally of a hob or sink is not compliant with wiring regulations. Certainly not permitted to install them directly above a hob.Patr100 said: Don't think the power sockets over the cooking hob is a good idea, either.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Fire alarm call point?numbercruncher8 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-70092816.html
I think you'll be hard pressed to find something smaller than this, 144 sqft. Some balconies on flats are bigger than that.
You could probably pick up a 500+sqft 1 bed for under £200k easily in this location, so a six figure price for this is a joke.
Looks like an airbnb place, with the towels out & the small kettle.0 -
I'd move in tomorrow. Love that house. They can leave all of the furniture too!hedgewitchery said:There's a lot going on here but pics 5 and 14 are highlights.

Had to laugh at this. Picture 10 shows this might be quite a nice house-share.
Anyone that knows the road will know there is a row of terraced houses opposite, so 6 bedrooms in one of them implies someone making a real butchers job of the inside.... sadly a few houses have gone down this way in the area. Can't imagine what the parking situation will be like....

Spot a hand, horrible furniture, carpets and curtains.
Also take in pic 4. Bottle green tiles, red gingham curtains, brown ceiling with a fruity/floral roller blind.0 -

There is another on for £750pcm.
The blanked out word seems to start in 'C' and ends with 'S'. Could be a rival estate agent?0
