This started off looking like a neat and tidy family home.
But then they lost the will to live and tidy up upstairs!!

Fairly sure that's a repro, or made from a mishmash of parts - ivory with brown handset and dial surround wasn't a standard GPO colour. Ivory, or two-tone grey, but never combined.od244051 said: Also got a 1970s two tone brown phone in one of the bedrooms.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Decent house, albeit with a slightly strange downstairs layout and an attack of corner bath-itis:

But it's the estate agent's description that makes it: "suitable for a small family, young couple (working from home), or retired couple, or single person." So pretty much everyone then, except young couples who don't work from home for some bizarre reason?

As it has four bedrooms why is it being marketed to everyone but a family. It is surely a family home?hedgewitchery said:Decent house, albeit with a slightly strange downstairs layout and an attack of corner bath-itis:

Has this one been posted before? complete with "en-suite", you can roll out of bed and straight into the shower...quite literally.

Maybe the agents are paranoid that somebody will accuse them of encouraging lockdown-breaking.hedgewitchery said:But it's the estate agent's description that makes it: "suitable for a small family, young couple (working from home), or retired couple, or single person." Also, in the next paragraph it's "a small family, young couple (working from home), or retired couple, or simple person".3 -
Interesting project for someone.
