Also got a 1970s two tone brown phone in one of the bedrooms.

Hadn't noticed that amongst all of the junk and clutter.

Fairly sure that's a repro, or made from a mishmash of parts - ivory with brown handset and dial surround wasn't a standard GPO colour. Ivory, or two-tone grey, but never combined.

But it's the estate agent's description that makes it: "suitable for a small family, young couple (working from home), or retired couple, or single person." So pretty much everyone then, except young couples who don't work from home for some bizarre reason?

As it has four bedrooms why is it being marketed to everyone but a family. It is surely a family home?

Maybe the agents are paranoid that somebody will accuse them of encouraging lockdown-breaking.

Also, in the next paragraph it's "a small family, young couple (working from home), or retired couple, or simple person".
