Another interrupted project:

It's such a nice space inside as it is, it almost seems a shame to carve it up into little rooms. And it's unfortunate that, although it's on a reasonable-sized plot, the building itself is hard up against the road.1 -
Deceptively spacious?

Also why the 1970s council house front door?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Ideally situated for easy commuting to Bridge of Don, Aberdeen and Dyce as well as Aberdeen International Airport.
Close to Trump International Golf Course.
Records show that King James VI stayed with Lord Sinclair at Knockhall Castle in 1589. Some 44 years later the castle was sold to the Udny family, with whom it remained until the mid 18th century, apart from a time in 1639 when the building was taken by the Earl Marischal for the Covenantors.
The second floor of the main block was divided into two, each chamber supplied with a latrine and fireplace.
Some work required but a very reasonable price. Londoners will weep.

The Musselburgh Golf Course which can be seen from the castle is world's oldest golf course. The Fawsydes of that Ilk acquired land in the area from the Setons in 1371. The earliest part of the present building was constructed by the Fawsydes in the 15th-century. The castle was burned by the English before the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh, which was fought nearby on 10 September 1547, suffocating or burning all those inside. Mary, Queen of Scots left Fa'side on the morning of 15 June 1567 for the Battle of Carberry Hill. She changed into a short skirt and left her fine clothes behind in a chest.
Price not so reasonable. Londoners will still weep.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Unless of course the price includes a suitcase containing £1.5 million in unused banknotes!I'm half-wondering if they're after £1m or less after all, and the ridiculous asking price is a sales ploy, on the basis that "There's no such thing as bad publicity!" and "Free publicity is good publicity!"
There's even a travellers site just the other side of that0 -

I think you'll be hard pressed to find something smaller than this, 144 sqft. Some balconies on flats are bigger than that.
You could probably pick up a 500+sqft 1 bed for under £200k easily in this location, so a six figure price for this is a joke.1 -

And there's no room to actually put anything on if you did use them.1
