Apart from the marmite reaction to pics 5 and 14, what do you make of this description of the garden in the sales particulars?

"The immediate garden to this is enclosed and has been used by the property for nine years. Currently unregistered the new owners can apply for possessory title in due course."

Upon re-reading, it's just the bit where there is a shepherd's shed across the road.  Heads up to the seller for disclosing this to the agent though so prospective purchasers are informed before they are halfway through the conveyancing process...!

I really like Gainsborough, we have friends who live there and it has a really friendly atmosphere. The town centre is getting a lot of investment and I think it is a great value for money area with good transport links and excellent facilities.

No mention of whether the shepherd is moving out though...

See there is a football stadium not too far away.
Seems the planning dated back to 2006, so who knows whether it would still be approved. Love the idea though!

It really isn't that bad. If it was closer to work we would have been tempted to move to the town but the commute was too far. It is a town on the up.
