I agree, I've seen a 3 year old kitchen on a flat look in worse condition.

I'm pretty sure my Grandmother had the same lounge carpet in her house and the property listed looks to be in better condition now 30 years later.

That looks so well loved inside and out, everything neat and clean even if it is dated.

It is lovely and could be amazing. The rooms are great sizes.

Think I'd rather watch the airport  to avoid  the wallpaper.

Which bit would drive you crazy?  for me the gas fire not in the middle of the chimney breast, and the bedroom television way too high on the wall with the wires hanging down not hidden.  Ditto the silly off centre shelf next to the living room tv.

And the over size clock should be in the living room.  But all those, apart from the offset fire will be gone when you move in.
