Sure. But it's better than half of the rooms being on the party wall.[Deleted User] said:

I think "link detached" is still fair enough - it's not as attached as a semi would be. And not as if they're hiding anything given the photos and floor plan.ProDave said:
The extension over the garage belongs to this house, and by building that it has gone from a link detached to a semi detached and in the process they have probably devalued this house and the neighbours.markin said:You can't call this a Link Detached.

And the wood/metal workshop in the garage will travel to the bedroom.
As they are all built like that from the start Bedroom to Bedroom its a Terrace.0 -
Sure, but if you were looking for a link detached home you would be annoyed at being shown that. It's like when you tick the box on Rightmove to say it must have parking, and it shows you places where there is a resident permit scheme i.e. no parking.user1977 said:

Estate agents put what they can get away with as there is no legal definition and estate agents never play anything down (unless called Roy Brooks).[Deleted User] said:

Tastes change and I'm a child of the 40s/50s but really wonder at anyone ever believing that that bathroom was attractive and keeping it intact for so many decades.snowdrop99 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/125778731#/?channel=RES_BUY includes what looks to be a very well preserved example of a 60s/70s bathroom
(Normally I don't believe in getting rid of perfectly serviceable items - my own main bathroom has a pink suite and plain pale pink wall tiles - but even I couldn't live with the overwhelming orange (apricot?).)3 -
I don't think I could face that every morning!snowdrop99 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/125778731#/?channel=RES_BUY includes what looks to be a very well preserved example of a 60s/70s bathroom0 -

Actually.... I rather like it. My parents had a set of soup bowls (those bowls with the handles if you know what I mean- they were really fashionable back in the 70's) in exactly the same pattern as the tiles.

But maybe 6 soup bowls? 6 tiles wouldn't be a problem!Skiddaw1 said:GaleSF63 said:

Sold in 2020 for £290k. Doesn’t look like they have done anything to it. You can get a perfectly nice identical bungalow in the same area for the same price. Why would anyone pay top money for the doer upper unless it’s the very unusual bathroom?snowdrop99 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/125778731#/?channel=RES_BUY includes what looks to be a very well preserved example of a 60s/70s bathroom0
