The extension over the garage belongs to this house, and by building that it has gone from a link detached to a semi detached and in the process they have probably devalued this house and the neighbours.markin said:You can't call this a Link Detached.

I think "link detached" is still fair enough - it's not as attached as a semi would be. And not as if they're hiding anything given the photos and floor plan.ProDave said:
