Pictures 16,17 and 18 and the floor plan would put me off. Garden north facing and so too is main living room, neither will get much sun. Interesting. I always regarded my North facing living room as a bonus and have always felt very sorry for the neighbours opposite with their curtains drawn in the daytime to protect the furniture. Maintains a nice steady temperature too which was a haven in the recent heatwave. I like my garden facing South thoughProDave said:
