A couple of the doors here have disappeared. Not because of them being slammed - Just needed to get them stripped & repainted. The cats don't seem to mind.Davesnave said: I think our daughter was about the same age as Shelley when the bedroom door was slammed once too often and disappeared for a while!
Cats mind when you brick doorways up. Our cat went for a sleep and this happened....

Looks to be a nice solid house to me. Wouldn't take someone long to turn that into a nice family home.edgex said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-89898371.html

Looks good to me. New roof, new double glazing. Just needs a new kitchen, the fire place and chimney sorted and maybe the bathroom sorting.
My main concern would be the flat roof on the extension, but it that's been done properly then no problem.
Close to the airport but given the orientation of the runway you're not going to get large planes overhead.
£150k seems a good price. Spend perhaps £15-20k to get a really good house.

Except that £150k is just a guide and it's being sold by the 'modern auction method,' which is often a red flag.RichardD1970 said:

Didn't notice that, although it wouldn't really put me off. It's the modern trendy way 🙄Davesnave said:
