A piece of trivia: The address of the house called Windy Ridge in this movie is 5 Oatlands Avenue, WEYBRIDGE, KT13 9SN 

It seems to have lost its oriel window.....

£416k per bedroom. I don't think its future is as affordable accommodation for key workers.

and Streetview suggests that someone's sleeping in the front porch. If you're going to be homeless, at least be homeless in a nice part of town
