I see this old London hotel has been reduced to just £25m - in case you're looking for a pied-à-terre!

One of those places that has so many rooms I get lost and exhausted even just looking at the floor plan!

Not sure this timed the market well. An outdoor swimming pool, in Croydon, and not close to the mainline stations either.
Only 46 flats, I'd hate to think what the service charge may be, and that's before the thing becoming a bit of a magnet for freeloaders.
    Far from being a feature I think it's a bit of a turn-off.

A heated duck pond, and half a mile from Selhurst station - I can see the attraction for a couple of people. But for £430K, I would be wanting a lot more for my money.

Are any of those photos of a real place? Or are they all computerised constructions?

If you compare photos 1 and 10, the girl by the pool is in exactly the same position, mid stride.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Maybe the 2 photos are taken at different times and there are model people dotted around the property so you don't feel lonely during lock down

"I didn't have a bedroom door until I was about 13 - when I demanded that my dad put one in because I did want some privacy.
As a teenager I wanted doors that I could slam, and also just places that you could go and hide and be by yourself," she explained.

I think our daughter was about the same age as Shelley when the bedroom door was slammed once too often and disappeared for a while! :D

A couple of the doors here have disappeared. Not because of them being slammed - Just needed to get them stripped & repainted. The cats don't seem to mind though.
