I could almost live in this one, though the problem of a nearby tower being evacuated and deemed dangerous makes me wonder!
You'd probably be safe enough given it's pretty much an underground bunker! Don't think I'd fancy paying the premium for the grand views you normally get from up on Park Circus, only to live somewhere which seems to hardly get any light, never mind a view.
A bit of clever photography there giving the impression of a lot more light and space outside at the front. And "private lawned roof garden" doesn't normally immediately make you think of a rather neglected probably shared open space on the road above.

The location and address will sell it though.

Very handy for MVF and with lots of appeal, but the M5 might rule it out for me. Not sure. Daughter was married 1 mile south of there last year and I wasn't very aware of it then.
    Isn't the 'back' the front?

The Google street view of the property shows it as pretty decrepit too.  The renovation work that has obviously occured may have extended to garden above too.

That's not the address though, Parks Gardens Lane is behind Woodlands Terrace, down a wee lane and not in front of the staircase and not accessed by street view.
Can't argue about it being a bit dark, I had a friend who lived in a smaller mews cottage in the locale which was also on the dark side but he made it equally as lovely as this one.  Swings and roundabouts!

I think it's showing the area of grass which sits above the properties.  They would come up those steps onto Woodlands Terrace to access it.

And from a quick look at the Land Register, that area appears to be common property and not exclusive to each property beneath it.

I'm down in Glasgow on Friday so will have a little drive over to see, it's all very confusing. Not that I can afford the property or even want to move - just an itch to scratch. :)

One of the photos seems to show a roof with 'railings' round it so perhaps it means that.
