The location and address will sell it though.That's not the address though, Parks Gardens Lane is behind Woodlands Terrace, down a wee lane and not in front of the staircase and not accessed by street view.Can't argue about it being a bit dark, I had a friend who lived in a smaller mews cottage in the locale which was also on the dark side but he made it equally as lovely as this one. Swings and roundabouts!I'm down in Glasgow on Friday so will have a little drive over to see, it's all very confusing. Not that I can afford the property or even want to move - just an itch to scratch.
One of the photos seems to show a roof with 'railings' round it so perhaps it means that.Well, I've been down to have a gander. The place is in a very unattractive lane and looks really uninviting - and it appears that the roof terrace may well be the grassy area referred to earlier though it's really difficult to be sure. The whole area is a warren of one-way streets and no-entries.If it is that bit of grass next to a set of steps (and there are at least three of these) then I suppose that it's necessary to go outside and up the stairs to access it. Again, not as inviting as is made out.7 -

What's wrong with the kitchen? It's really clean and tasteful looking and in my opinion quite modern, what with the magnetic knife rack and breakfast bar. The window provides a sunny aspect, making it appear to be a very nice place to sit.YoungBlueEyes said:
