It's Darlows innit? They play fast and loose with the location too. No way is that Abergavenny. Clydach isn't a dump like some of the places its near, but Aber is in a different league.ProDave said:

A couple of rather poignant portraits here (presumably of former owners) at photos 5 and 6 as well as a nice garden.

Is this the first grey bathroom suite? If so I claim my prize.

This has to be at least the third time I've seen this one listed. It looks perfect for me at first glance, but the map doesn't show its location quite right. When I've found it a bit further up the high street, I've realised why it hasn't sold yet. The only official access appears to be through a pedestrian gate on the right of the main photo via what looks like shared parking area with the next door neighbour, leaving next door with no garden at all on this elevation. The gap in the hedge on the left of the main photo leads through into the Plough Inn's car park. I'm guessing there is some sort of horrible situation here with easements or something that is making prospective buyers drop it like a hot potato!2 -

Pity about the rear elevation....

As colours go, that looks quite tasteful from my view but colours will vary from screen to screenWoolsery said:goldfinches said:Is this the first grey bathroom suite? If so I claim my prize.

so we all could be seeing slightly different.0 -
A semi-open plan kitchen. Much as I hate kitchens and living rooms combined I think I hate this a little bit more!

Ah yes, you can enjoy all the noise and smells of the kitchen from the sofa, but not have the convenience of being able to walk directly between the rooms (I suppose you could practise vaulting over the breakfast bar).Gers said:A semi-open plan kitchen.
