Lovely looking location if you ignore the flooding risk (rising seal level)

But at that price, that's over £1000 per square foot.  That's more than waterside south coast properties.

I remember an extension on the back of a farmhouse my family had in the 70s was in timber frame clad with corrugated iron outside and asbestos on the inside. It must've had a EPC of Z.

That's a nice Queen Anne age property, though.

At a guess, that house hasn't been lived in for years. There's been a big leak, and hence the house has deteriorated to the present condition. At least, I very much hope so.

If you look at the historic pics on Streetview, there's a Covid-era rainbow drawing in the front window, so obviously occupied in 2020 at least.
