I have often wondered what had become of Marti Pellowscrooge2008 said:1 bedroom flat for sale in 11 Alexandra Street, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 0LS, KY12 (rightmove.co.uk
Got a fright when I got to photo 7/14 - they are not going anywhere. Don't look like they have moved from the times of Dickens .....Gather ye rosebuds while ye may1 -
Wow. For the first time ever, I am seriously contemplating selling my house to buy this one. But, heating it looks a nightmare - definitely living in one room over winter. Burnley is a cheap area, so it explains the reasonable price.Owain_Moneysaver said:Lots and lots of striplights, and murals to make up for the lack of any view from any windows
I think they get away with it, though.

Nice flat, but look at the ground floor. Doesn't that make the insurance very expensive?GentleGiant01 said:
And EPC G 7 yes that is 07, you would struggle to find one worse than that. No good for rental without some SERIOUS upgrades (which would trash the recent paint job) and a very expensive to run property for an owner occupier.
Sory way over priced for what it is.
P.S not far from me.0 -
It makes it pretty much unmortgageable - not sure the insurance is that much of a problem.ProDave said:

Yep, unmortgagable, unletable, constant smell of chip fat, very expensive to heat. Yes it really is a "des res" isn't it. Very limited market I would think.user1977 said:

I think I could could easily live with the smell of a decent chippy.
Seriously, you'd probably stop noticing it after a while.0 -
Buying it would be a gamble......ProDave said:
