Wow. For the first time ever, I am seriously contemplating selling my house to buy this one. But, heating it looks a nightmare - definitely living in one room over winter. And EPC G 7 yes that is 07, you would struggle to find one worse than that. No good for rental without some SERIOUS upgrades (which would trash the recent paint job) and a very expensive to run property for an owner occupier.
