OK, you can now nip down to the utility in the rain without getting wet but you still can't do it in your undies. It is nice though.
It also looks to have a bath under a lifting work surface. I had a friend, years ago, that had such an arrangement in her kitchen which always seemed like a good solution when space was limited to me
This one just for linen I would guess.
