Yes and buy the property, give it a good clean up and charge said tenant £550.00, up from the current £330.00, to live in their nice clean home, as per blurb. It is certainly not a conversation I would like to have with them ..................... any takers? I was originally looking at it as a potential buy to let!!lincroft1710 said:
