Also the kitchen... seems strange that there is so much mess and yet some areas are immaculate. Also looks to be a bleach bottle hording.

I   like   it. But am waiting for the catch.  Far too big possibly for 2 +4 cats though.

Maybe a hoarder or someone with a long term mental health issue who never got out into the garden but eventually had someone come in to help with some domestic stuff as the bathroom is relatively tidy too.
