I love contemporary and hate kitsch. But my "Tomorrow People" alarm went off looking at this one. All those "airlocks" - obviously for decompressing as you move from Newcastle to Sunderland.

Was confused by pic 4 as if the pool was partly underground but they appear to have taken
the pic from the roof  of the pool?

From picture one I really thought "average run down semi"  They really need to so something to the outside to imprve the kerb appeal.

Wow.  For the first time ever, I am seriously contemplating selling my house to buy this one.  But, heating it looks a nightmare - definitely living in one room over winter.  Burnley is a cheap area, so it explains the reasonable price.

The number fo bedrooms to bathrooms seems a bit low, too. Especially if you followed the suggestion in the blurb to run residential training there! 
It's a nice space but seems poorly planned. 

On the other had if it were set up as a shared working space where you rented offices by the week / day it could work quite well.
